The alloy particle size should average less than 30mm for optimal performance (maximum 50mm).

Furnace Platform Alloy and Additive Semi-Automatic Precision Dosing:

This setup is for various low-usage alloys (single type within 20kg, total within 100kg) and situations requiring precision dosing and conditioning, mounted on the furnace platform, allowing dosing of 4-6 types. There are specific requirements for alloy particle size: an average of less than 15mm is optimal (maximum 30mm). For precious metals, a surveillance camera can be installed for real-time monitoring and anti-theft purposes.

This is intended for low usage of multiple alloys (single type within 10kg, total within 50kg) and situations requiring precision dosing, mounted on the furnace platform, allowing for various alloys and additives. Requirements for alloy particle size include an average of less than 15mm for optimal performance (maximum 30mm). A surveillance camera can also be installed for precious metals for real-time monitoring.
