technical feature
1.The storage bin and vibrating material trough of the feeding vehicle are of a three-layer structure. The outer layer is made of Q235 steel, the middle layer uses sound insulation and noise reduction rubber plates, and the bottom of the trough is made of wear-resistant manganese steel. The sinker screws are used for fixation, which is convenient for replacement.
2.The discharge opening is made of manganese plate, which is heat-resistant, wear-resistant and anti-magnetic. It is equipped with a detachable anti-iron liquid splashing baffle and a side guard net.
3.Dual-motor drive structure, with options for regular motors and variable-frequency motors;
4.The walking mechanism is equipped with sound and light alarm systems, and a double-sided pull rope safety device is configured.
5.The feeding vehicle and the furnace body are in a working state. The furnace cover is equipped with a networked interlock device to prevent accidental operation and damage to the electric furnace (the interlock signal is provided by the manufacturer of the furnace cover).
6.The position detection is carried out using high-quality proximity switches and photoelectric switches from Turck Technology.
