The electromagnetic batching and transportation automatic control system is designed for the automated allocation of ferromagnetic metal furnace materials. It consists of a microcomputer iron allocation system, an electromagnetic batching and transportation automatic control system, and a QC series electromagnetic double girder overhead crane, together forming a fully automated system for the allocation of metal furnace materials. This system enables the fully automated, unmanned operation and control of the batching process. It automatically weighs and allocates ferromagnetic metal furnace materials according to recipes or instructions, ensuring stable composition of the molten steel.
